Global Announcements

Q: How do I post a global announcement that all users in a specific sub-account will see?

A: If you have a Local Canvas Coordinator or Unit Admin role for your sub-account, you will be able to post a global announcement to all users in a sub-account:

1. Go to the Admin tab on the global navigation menu and click Settings.
2. Select the Announcements tab at the top and complete the form to create a new global announcement.
3. A 'Global Announcement' will appear in a different colour, depending on whether it is a warning, error, information, question, or calendar item.
